Dear Parents & Carers,

 

Parents evenings will be taking place on Tuesday 3rd February and Thursday 5th February from 3:30pm- 6:00pm. You will be able to book a 10 minute slot to speak with your child's teacher to receive an update on your child's progress and to give you an opportunity to ask any questions that you might have.

 

Booking slots for the parents evenings will be released on Monday 19th January at 7pm. The deadline for bookings is 12pm on Friday 30th January. Appointments will be held in person in your child's classroom. Please note that we will not be holding online appointments.

 

We will be using the Parent booking system to manage bookings. To book an appointment please click on the following link http://parents-booking.co.uk/bithambrook . Once logged in you will be able to select an appointment from the list of available appointment times. The log in details you enter must match those we have on record for your child. We would encourage you to log in prior to the release of the appointments to ensure you have no difficulties accessing the system. Bookings are limited to one per child. If it is essential that you have 2 separate bookings, please email your child's phase leader via earlyyearsphaseleader@bithambrook.wilts.sch.uk, lowerschoolphaseleader@bithambrook.wilts.sch.uk, or upperschoolphaseleader@bithambrook.wilts.sch.uk. If you anticipate having any difficulty in attending on the available dates, please speak to your child's teacher.
