Bitham Brook Primary School has recently been inspected by Ofsted. Every area was judged to be 'good'. There is a huge amount to be proud of. The inspectors recognised the strength of the relationships in the school community and that it is indeed ‘a community of kindness’. The rich opportunities offered to pupils and the teamwork within the school are also pleasing aspects to note. In their feedback, the inspectors also found it very difficult to find reasons why children’s behaviour was not outstanding.

Please note that the Ofsted report has been changed since it was first published. The school raised concerns with Ofsted that the work to refine the curriculum was not in its early stages or incomplete as originally reported. Ofsted have accepted this was a mistake and apologised for this. They have updated the report accordingly.
