Administration of Medication
Where medicine has been prescribed for a child, parents and carers are able to request that school staff administer the medication during the course of the school day. In order for our staff to be able to do this, the medication must have the full prescription label attached to the medication, and parents/carers should complete a form to confirm the necessary information. The completed form should be handed in at the School Office for it to be scanned and attached to your child's record, and then passed to class for the relevant staff to administer as required.
