September 2026 Admissions
Applications for primary school places for 2026 starters have now closed. Reception places will be announced on national offer day which will take place on 16th April 2026.
The onboarding process for parents/carers that have accepted a Reception place with us for September 2026 will take place week commencing 18th May. Please keep an eye out for an activation email from ParentMail; our school communication system.*
* Please note that only the parents/carers that applied for the school place will be onboarded at this stage. Additional parents/carers will be enrolled to the system prior to the first day of the Autumn term. If for any reason it is essential that more than one parent/carer is onboarded, please contact us via the school office.
In Year Transfers
If you are moving into the area, and are interested in your child attending Bitham Brook Primary, please contact the school office or email admissions@bithambrook.wilts.sch.uk to make an appointment to view the school with a member of our leadership team. All applications for school places need to be made to the Admissions Team at County Hall; it is Wiltshire Council, and not the school, who decides on admission.
