This year our Reception classes will be taking part in a Christmas performance. Parents and carers will have a chance to come into school to watch a showcase of the Christmas songs and rhymes that the children have been learning. There will be two performances and they will take place on Tuesday 12th and Wednesday 13th December. Performances will be held in the School Hall on each of the above days at 9:15am.

 

On the morning of the performances, children should enter their classes via the Reception gate as usual for class registration at 8:45am. Parents and carers should wait at the main school entrance will be welcomed into the school hall prior to the beginning of the showcase. Each child will be able to invite three family members to attend. Younger pre-school aged siblings will be able to attend with their parent/carer, but please be aware that no toilet facilities will be available to use.

 

This year we will be using the Parent booking system to manage booking for each performance. Tickets will be released at 7:00pm on Thursday 30th November and will be bookable up until 12:00pm on Friday 8th December. To book tickets, please click on the following link http://parents-booking.co.uk/bithambrook and enter the details for yourself and your child. Once logged in you will be able to select tickets (to a maximum of 3) from the list of available performances. If you need to book tickets across both performances, please book one set of tickets at a time. Please note that the log in details you enter must match those we have on record for your child. We would strongly encourage you to log in prior to the release of the tickets to ensure you have no difficulties accessing the system.
